Once you are on the customer portal, you can track your project’s schedule by clicking on “Schedule.”
The default view is the calendar mode. Here you can see what is going on today and you can also click the calendar arrows to see what is happening next month or what happened the previous month.
For instance, in this next picture we can see that you have moved from the January 2013 calendar back to December 2012 and can see the activities that were scheduled the previous month.
Most customers prefer to see their project’s schedule as a calendar, but there is also an option to view the project timeline as a Gantt Chart.
